Emails

Subscribing or purchasing means you consent to receive related emails from us. Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe, and unsubscribing is always free and immediate.

Products and delivery

Digital products are delivered immediately after checkout on your confirmation page. Download links are personal to your purchase and expire 30 days after the sale; if yours expires or fails, email hello@coreyhathaway.com with your receipt and we will reissue it.

Refunds

All sales of digital products are final. Because the file is delivered instantly and cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds for change of mind, for buying the wrong thing, or after you have read the material.

We do issue refunds in genuine exceptions: an unauthorized or fraudulent charge, a duplicate charge, a charge for a product you never received, or where a refund is required by law or by the rules of the payment network. Supporter payments are voluntary and are generally not refundable once perks unlock, but the same exceptions apply.

To request a refund, email refunds@coreyhathaway.com from the address you purchased with, include your Stripe receipt or the last four digits of the card, and tell us what happened. We reply to every request within 3 business days and, when approved, the refund is issued to the original payment method (banks typically post it within 5 to 10 business days). Please email us before filing a dispute with your bank; it is faster, and we would rather fix it ourselves.
